Assign a Preventative Maintenance Task Ahead of its Scheduled Time (MOP 2.0)

Preventative maintenance tasks are automatically added to the assigned employee's task list as their scheduled time approaches. Nevertheless, it is also possible to assign a task ahead of its scheduled time if needed.

Assign an upcoming rent days task ahead of time

1. Select the task(s) to assign.

2. To assign the task before its scheduled time, click "Add PM Tasks" located at the bottom right.
