Run Express Checkouts (Cloud)

During busy departure periods, Express Check-Out allows staff to quickly check out multiple guests or groups in a single action. It’s designed to streamline the process by closing all eligible rooms efficiently, without needing to open each folio individually. This feature is intended only to complete the check-out process — it does not print or email folio receipts to guests. If receipts are required, they must be generated individually after checkout by reopening each folio and using the Print/Email Folio option.

Express Check-Out applies only to guest rooms. Group master are not included in this process.

Instructions

1. From the Toolbox on the right, click Express Check-Out.



2. The list of rooms ready for check-out will automatically display, sorted by Room Number.



3. Check the box beside each room you wish to check out. You can select all rooms at once by clicking Select All at the bottom.



4. Click OK to complete the process.
Notes
The OK button appears only after at least one room has been selected.


5. After selecting the rooms and clicking OK, a confirmation window appears. The message reminds you that this option will check out the selected rooms without printing or emailing any folios. Click Yes to continue or No to cancel.

If receipts are needed, reopen each folio individually after check-out and use Print/Email Folio.

6. Once the Express Check-Out is complete, the list refreshes automatically. If all selected rooms were successfully checked out, the list will appear empty.

You can reuse the Express Check-Out option at any time to process additional rooms that become ready later in the day.
