Check-In No-Show after Night Audit (Cloud)

Check-In No-Show after Night Audit (Cloud)

This option is only available in VM Cloud with the No-Show feature enabled.

This reactivation/check-in is only possible when the no-show was processed with the no-show feature.

1. Search the "No Show" (NS) reservation by:
- selecting "Reservation Status" asthe Search Option.
- backdating one day.
- selecting "No-Show" as the Search Field.



2. In the Toolbox, select "Reactivate".



3. If a room number was not already assigned, assign a room number.



4. Complete the check-in.



5. Go to the folio, void the no-show charge(s) posted during the no-show process.



6. Select "Post Rm & Tax" in the toolbox to charge the room revenue.
