Copy Staff Schedule from one week to another (Cloud) 🎥

This function, as part of the staff schedule feature in the PMS, allows you to copy a schedule from one week to another for the purpose of efficiently replicating or reusing a staff schedule. It simplifies the process of creating schedules for different weeks by enabling you to duplicate an existing schedule, saving time and effort in staff management and scheduling tasks.
Path: Front Office > Supervisor > Staff Scheduler

1. Click Copy.
2. Choose the Department in which you need to copy a schedule.
3. Choose the week to copy from. The drop down goes from 4 weeks back to 11 weeks ahead.
4. Choose the week to copy to. The drop down goes up to 10 weeks ahead.
5. Click OK to apply the duplication.
