Setup Staff Weekly Schedule (Cloud) 🎥

The staff weekly schedule feature is a tool for creating and managing employee work schedules on a weekly basis, ensuring efficient coverage of roles and responsibilities. Each employee can then view their schedule directly from the dashboard when they log in.
Path: Front Office > Supervisor > Staff Scheduler

1. Select the Department for which you are creating the schedule. Every users from this department will automatically prompt from the User Settings.
2. Select the week you are creating the schedule for, or navigate to previous or futur weeks.
3. Using the drop down in each field, choose which shift to apply to each employee for each day. To help, the number of arrivals and departures forecast for that day show right above the date.
4. Click Save once done.

You can then use the Copy tool to copy from one week to another.
