Create a new Contact in the Rolodex (Desktop)
The Rolodex only exist in Desktop PMS.
The Rolodex helps you store business contact information by department.
Path: Log in > Open any department > Info
1. Click on Add New at the bottom of the section.
2. Choose which Department the contact is assigned to (Same department than for the Employees profiles). The choose which
Category within that Department, this contact is part of.
3. Enter all the necessary information.
4. Click Save.
