The Home page is the initial screen that greets you upon logging into MOP. Everything accessible from this page is pre-configured by default but can be personalized based on roles or individual users by the MOP site administrator if necessary. Let's explore the minimum access you, as a Front Desk user, will have from this page.
Welcome to MOP 2.0! The initial step is to familiarize yourself with the application's layouts and the location of various elements. Let's kick off with a tour of the Home page!
The menu on the left side displays only the features and options that you have access to. Your privileges are determined by your user role, which can be customized by the MOP administrator for the site or property.
Click on this icon to minimize and hide the left menu column, displaying only the icons for the various sections.
You have the flexibility to choose the language* in which MOP is displayed at any time: English or Spanish.
*More languages will be introduced in 2024!
To log out, simply click on your username.
Accessible on displays of any size, the panic button, once activated, will notify designated recipients with details such as the name and location of the person who triggered it. Additionally, it will record video and audio of the scene.
This search field enables you to search through tasks based on the assigned individual. Try it out!
You can utilize this functionality to narrow down tasks by type, room range, or status. Tasks are designated a color according to their status as you can see above.

Certainly, the most crucial section of the page—the one where all your accessible tasks are displayed. This includes tasks assigned solely to you or, if you hold administrative/managerial roles, all tasks within your purview.
Finally, at the bottom of many pages, additional options might be available, allowing you to create new tasks, view only your tasks, or access sections such as Alerts and Maintenance Tasks.
