First Time Log Into MOP (MOP 2.0)


On your first login, you’ll be prompted to reset your password before accessing the system. Follow the steps below to get started.

Access the Login Page

1. Go to the URL: app.vmmop.com
IdeaTip: Add the login URL to your browser favorites for quicker access next time.

Enter your Username

2. Type the username given by your manager.



Warning
Be sure to include the underscore and your property ID (for example: jdoe_1234).

Enter your Temporary Password

3. Use the password provided to you.



Then click Sign In.


Create a New Password

4. Since this is your first login, you’ll be prompted to confirm your current password and then set a new one.
Notes
Password requirements include:
- Must be between 9 and 64 characters in length.
- Must include characters from at least three of the four character classes: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

Confirm and Proceed

5. Once your new password is accepted, click Continue. You’re now logged into MOP 2.0.


Store your Credentials Securely

6. Remember your new password or save it in a secure password manager. If you ever forget it, click the Forgot your password link on the login page.
