Airport Schedule Report (Cloud) 🎥

The Airport Schedule report shows scheduled pick-up or drop-off arrangements for reservations on specific days. It's a valuable tool for managing transportation services around airports or in entertainment districts.
Path: Front Office > Reports > Front Office > Airport Schedule.
Generate report
1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by choosing for which date(s) you want the report.
- by pick ups or drop offs only or All.
2. Click Refresh.
Detailed report
- Guest Name.
- Reservation confirmation number.
- Room # assigned.
- Status of the reservation.
- Name of the airport to do the pickup/drop off.
- Airline the client is traveling with.
- Flight number - Airlines are sometimes assigned to specific gates and with the flight number, the driver can be updated through the airport app of any update.
- Date and time of the pickup/drop off.
