Understanding the Report
The Airport Schedule Report clearly separates Drop Offs and Pick Ups, showing guest details, reservation numbers, and travel information. Use it to verify transportation requests and manage shuttle scheduling efficiently.
Guest & Reservation Details
- Guest Name / Conf# / Room #: identifies the guest, reservation, and room number (if assigned).
- Status: indicates whether the guest is IN (checked in) or HLD (arrival pending).
Flight Information
- Airport: shows the airport code for the pick-up or drop-off (e.g., DFW).
- Airline: displays the airline for the guest’s flight.
- Flight #: the flight number provided by the guest.
- Date / Time: shows the scheduled flight date and time for coordination.
Check this report at the start of each day and before shuttle runs to ensure all transfers are scheduled and matched with active reservations.

Tips & Use Cases
- Run this report for the current audit date to view today’s transfer schedule.
- Use it to verify that flight times are entered correctly and align with reservation status (IN vs. HLD).
- Combine it with the Departures Report to ensure drop-off guests have settled balances before leaving.
- Share the printed report with transportation staff to coordinate shuttle routes efficiently.
