Packages Report (Cloud) 🎥

The Packages report provides an overview of in-house or pending arrivals that have reservations associated with a package. This report is a convenient way to identify guests who have booked special packages and may be eligible for certain amenities or services included in those packages. Additionally, the report includes the Group Arrivals List, which offers detailed information about group arrivals, as already described in the Arrival report.
Path: Front Office > Reports > Front Office > Packages.

Generate report

1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by date(s).
- by including or excluding groups, and for all groups or one specific.
- by narrowing down by package or for all packages.
- by including any reservation already checked in. 



2. Click Refresh.



Detailed report

- Guest Name.
- Confirmation number.
- Comments from the reservation.



- Status of the reservation.
- Arrival and departure dates.
- Number of adults and children in the Room.



- Room type.
- Room rate.
- Code of the package.
- Method of payment in the reservation.
- Amount of any advance deposit paid.



- If the room has multiple folios and room charges are shared with another folio, it will show Y in the Share column.
- Room number and folio allocated to this reservation. As shown below, if multiple folios are already created, each one will generate a separate line.
