FO Packages Report (Cloud) 🎥

The Packages Report identifies guests who have booked one of your hotel’s package offers — whether they’re already in-house or arriving soon. Use it to ensure those special packages are delivered correctly (amenities, services, room type) and to manage group package blocks efficiently.
Path: Front Office > Reports > Front Office > Packages.

Generating the Report

1. Use the filters at the top of the screen to refine your results:
- Date/Period: define the day or date range for your report.
- Groups: choose to include all groups, exclude groups, or focus on one specific group.
- Package: select a specific package code or choose All to cover every package type.
- Include Already Checked-In: check this box to include reservations already checked in (useful for in-house monitoring).



2. After setting your filters, click Refresh to generate the report.



Understanding the Report

The Packages Report lists all reservations linked to a package, showing key stay details, assigned rooms, and payment information. It helps staff verify that package inclusions are honored and that each package reservation is properly tracked before and during the guest’s stay.

Guest & Reservation Information
- Guest Name / Confirmation #: lists the guest’s name and reservation number.
- Status: shows whether the reservation is Held (HLD), Guaranteed (GTD), or Checked In.
- Arrival/Departs: indicates the guest’s scheduled arrival and departure dates.
- A/C (Adults/Children): shows the number of adults and children on the reservation.

Room & Rate Details
- Type: identifies the room type booked.
- Rate: displays the daily rate associated with the package.
- PKG: shows the code for the package attached to the reservation.

Payment & Room Information
- MOP (Method of Payment): indicates how the guest will pay for the reservation.
- ADV DEP (Advance Deposit): shows any deposit collected prior to arrival.
- Share / Room: identifies if the room charge is shared with another folio in the same room and shows the assigned room number (if available).




Tips & Use Cases

- Run the Packages Report daily to coordinate amenity fulfillment (welcome gifts, complimentary services) for package-guests.
- When large group blocks include packages, filter by the specific package code to monitor uptake, pick-ups and room assignments.
- Use the report prior to printouts for front-desk who will greet package guests: ensure room type, rate, and inclusions match what was sold.
