This section displays todayâs live room-sales activity, helping the front desk and supervisors track performance throughout the day.
Common fields include:
- In House, Arrivals, Departures
- Early Check-Outs, Late Check-Ins
- Walk-Ins, Out of Service, Comps
- Rooms Sold, Occupancy, Revenue, ADR, RevPAR
- Occupancy: The percentage of rooms sold, calculated by dividing the number of occupied rooms by the total number of available rooms.
- Revenue: The hotelâs total room revenue generated for the day.
- ADR (Average Daily Rate): The average rate paid per rented room, calculated by dividing total room revenue by the number of rooms rented.
- RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room): The revenue generated per available room, calculated by dividing total room revenue by the total number of rooms.
Room Sales â Yesterday
This section shows finalized performance metrics from the previous day, allowing direct comparison to todayâs activity.
Common fields include:
- Occupied, No Shows, Comps, Rev Adjust
- Early C/O, Late C/I, Out of Service
- Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Total Rooms, Revenue
- ADR With Comps: Average Daily Rate adjusted to include rooms occupied at a complimentary rate.
- RevPAR: Revenue per available room.
- Comps: Number of rooms occupied at a complimentary (no-rate) status.
- Revenue Adjusted: Total room charge adjustments posted for the day.
- Early C/O: Number of rooms that checked out earlier than their scheduled departure date.
- Late C/I: Number of backdated check-ins processed after the nightly audit.
- ADR (Average Daily Rate): Total room revenue divided by the number of rooms rented.
- Revenue: Yesterdayâs finalized daily room revenue.
