Operational planning depends on knowing who is arriving, who is departing, and how many rooms and guests you can expect in the coming days. The Two Week Forecast Report gives your team a clear, day-by-day view of arrivals, departures, occupancy, and package activity for the next 14 days. This helps front desk, housekeeping, and management prepare staffing, scheduling, packages, and inventory for the weeks ahead.

Understanding the Report
Use this section to understand how the Two Week Forecast breaks down arrivals, departures, occupancy percentages, guest counts, and package activity for each day in the 14-day range.
Daily Activity Overview
- Date: Calendar date for each day in the 14-day period.
- Day: Day of the week.
- ARV: Number of arrivals scheduled for the day.
- DEP: Number of departures scheduled for the day.
- Rooms: Total rooms expected to be occupied on that date.
Occupancy & Guest Counts
- Occ %: Forecasted occupancy percentage based on expected rooms sold.
