Service History Report (Cloud) 🎥

The Housekeeping Service History report provides a comprehensive overview of the rooms that were serviced, including details such as the room number, the date and staff member who performed the service, the type of service conducted (Make/Change), and the duration of time spent in the room.
Path: Housekeeping > Reports > Service History.
Generate report
1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by the date(s) for which the report will be generated.
- by room number: for a specific one or for All.
- by housekeeper: for one person specific or for All.
2. Click Refresh.
Detailed report
- Room number serviced.
- Name of the housekeeper who serviced the room.
- Date when the room was assigned and serviced by the housekeeper.
- Reservation number of the guest staying in the room.
- Name of the guest staying in the room.
- Type of service done - Make or Change - that day.
- Special Instructions were given that day for that room.
- Time spent by the housekeeper to service the room that day. If the VM Mobile App was not used, then the time will always show "00:00".
