Internal Messaging Overview (Cloud)

Internal Messaging Overview (Cloud)

The Internal Messaging is one of the 4 widgets you can find on the VM Cloud dashboard when you log in.
The messaging is meant for communication across departments toward specific persons or an entire department. It is not possible however to send a message to every department at once. See how to send a message.

1. By default, the Internal Messaging is on the Inbox tab. A user will see any messages for which he/she was the recipient.
2. If the envelope is blinking Red, the message has yet to be open/read. The message can be printed and deleted. Once deleted, it cannot be accessed anymore.
Any Admin messages are either from within the application or communication from Visual Matrix.
