How the Internal Messaging Works (Cloud)


Internal Messaging in VM Cloud gives your team a central communication hub directly on the dashboard. It lets you receive, review, and manage messages across departments—keeping everyone aligned without jumping into separate tools.
On your VM Cloud dashboard, Internal Messaging is one of four main widgets that appear when you log in. Internal Messaging lets you reach specific team members or entire departments. You can’t send one message to every department at once, which helps ensure messages land with the right audience. Learn more in our ‘Send an Internal Message (Cloud)’ guide.



Instructions

1. When you open Internal Messaging, you’ll land on the Inbox tab where all messages sent to you appear.
2. A blinking red envelope means the message is unread. You can print or delete it—but once deleted, the message can’t be recovered.

Admin messages come from within the application or our Visual Matrix team—keep an eye on these for system notices or important updates.
Notes
You can remove a message by clicking the bin icon on the right. Keep in mind, messages can only be deleted one at a time.
