Visual Matrix automatically closes a room type if this one is sold out, and reopens it automatically if a room becomes available (based on specific settings in the channel manager's interface). A hard close is a manual action and Visual Matrix will not override this status.
You can choose to close the overall, all the rooms at once, or close just one room. You can also narrow down your change with the Apply Range feature.
