Import Room Assignments (Opera) (MOP 2.0)


When connected with Opera PMS, the rooms are first assigned to each housekeeper in the PMS and then imported in MOP. Because of the 2way connection between MOP and Opera, if a room is checked out of the PMS or if a room status changes in MOP from dirty to clean, the status updates accordingly in one another.
Path: Dashboard > Add Tasks

1. Assign the rooms in Opera.
2. Click "Import Opera Hk Tasks".



3. If the import is successfull, you will receive a notification that X (number of rooms assigned) Opera tasks have been added.
4. If the import encountered any error, any room(s) not assigned in the importing process will be indicated with a red error "Error in Rooms Status Sync. The following Rooms Are Not Assigned". Rooms that reflect as an error can be manually assigned in MOP.
