Internal Messaging (Desktop)


The Internal Messaging is one of the 4 widgets you can find in the Info section of Visual Matrix.
The messaging is meant for communication across departments toward specific persons or an entire department. It is not possible however to send a message to every department at once. See how to send a message.

1. From the login page, open any Department.
2. Click on Info at the top right of the page.



The Internal Messaging is at the top left of the page.
By default, the Internal Messaging is on the New tab. A user will see any messages for which he/she was the recipient.


Any Admin messages are either from within the application or communication from Visual Matrix.

Double click on the message to open it. Once it is read, click OK and it will move to the Old tab.
If you decide to delete the message, it cannot be accessed anymore. Using the Reply creates a new message.
