Internal Text Messages are not being sent


If not configured differently (through Twilio), internal text messages that can be set up in a user profile to receive Management (audit numbers), Housekeeping (room change and room back in service) and/or Maintenance (work orders) texts are using the same service than the emails.
If texts are not being sent/received, it is likely emails are not either. Please follow this article to see what can be done: Emails are not sending (Cloud) or Emails are not sending (Desktop).

Internal texts can also be sent using the Free Guest Texting feature available in Visual Matrix.
