Send Internal/Employee Texts using the Guest Texting Feature and Twilio (Cloud)
This feature is only available in the Cloud version.
This option is to use your Guest Texting interface to send employees internal texts (Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management) through Twilio instead of email.
Path: Management > Interfaces > SMS Communication
In the SMS Communication Interface setup, check the box "Send Employee Texts through Twilio" and it is done! Twilio will now send your internal texts.
