This feature is only available in VM Cloud.
Instead of responding with the default response when a guest sends a text, this option can be setup to send specific messages that will be triggered by specific words.
Path: Management > Interfaces > SMS Communication > Manage Custom Response (Toolbox on the right)
1. Create the Custom Responses, text that will be sent.
2. Click Add New.
3. Enter the message. The text is limited to 250 characters and can include the dynamic fields or even a short link (URL).
4. Click Save.
5. Setup the Triggers, click on the second tab "Automated Triggers".
6. Click New, to create a new entry line.
7. Enter the trigger word(s). If multiple, separate them with a comma as indicated.
8. Especially if multiple words were entered, select the matching criteria: All, Any or Some.
9. If the trigger words relate to maintenance, check the box to open automatically a work order: select the maintenance item and the maintenance employee that will be assign the work order.
11. Select the custom text message that will be send from the dropdown.
12. Click Save.
