Work Orders Analysis Report (Cloud) 🎥

The Work Order Analysis report provides a comprehensive view of all work orders within a specified time frame, including information about the individuals who initiated and completed the work orders, their out-of-order status, and associated costs.
Path: Maintenance > Reports > Work Order Analysis
Generate report
1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by room number or common area.
- by date or date rage.
- by maintenance item.
- by maintenance person it has been assigned to.
- by status of the work order (pending or completed).
2. Click Refresh.
Detailed report
- VM Work Order number.
- Room number and type or the common area that the work order was for.
- Date or date range the room is or was put out of service.
- Maintenance Item of the work order.
- Name of the maintenance person who was assigned the work order.
- Name of the person who completed the work order in Visual Matrix.
- Costs associated to the work orders. The costs are calulated based on the information entered when the work order is closed.
- Totals: Totals of the costs by type (Material, Labor, and Misc).
