Reg Cards, Folios & Direct Billing Footer Disclaimer Text (BW) (Cloud)


Following their guidelines, every Best Western hotel must incorporate a designated disclaimer text at the bottom of each registration card and folio.
Path: Management > Property Settings > Forms > Registration Cards > Footer Text
Path: Management > Property Settings > Forms > Guest Folios > Footer Text
Path: Management > Property Settings > Forms > Direct Billing Footer

1. In Registration Cards > Footer Text, click on "View" and then in Guest Folios > Footer Text




2. The disclaimer is the following: "Each BWH℠ Hotels property is independently owned and operated".
