**Understanding the Registration Card Layout (Cloud)
The registration card provides a complete summary of a guest’s stay, including reservation details, rates, and required acknowledgments. Understanding each section of the registration card helps ensure accuracy at check-in and allows staff to clearly explain charges and collect the necessary guest authorization.
Understanding the Registration Card
The registration card is organized into sections that display property information, guest details, reservation data, rate breakdown, and signature areas.
Property Information
Located at the top of the registration card.
Property name, address, and contact information
Property logo (if configured)
Email and website (if enabled)
Reservation Summary
Typically displayed on the right side of the header.
Room #: Assigned room number
Conf #: Reservation confirmation number
Arrival/Departure: Stay dates
Room Type: Booked room category
Guests: Number of adults and children
Amt Paid: Payments applied to the reservation
Payment: Method of payment on file
Guest Information
Displayed on the left side below the header.
Guest name and address
Reservation check-in date and user
“Registered To” section reflects the primary guest
Reservation and Rate Information
The main table in the center of the document.
Dates: Each day of the stay
Rate: Nightly room rate
Tax: Tax applied per day
Pkg/Extra fields: Additional charges or packages (if applicable)
Extended Dates: Displays summarized rates for longer stays
Avg Daily Rate: Average rate across the stay
Estimated Total: Total projected cost (if enabled in settings)
Guest Initials Section
Located near the rate table.
Area for guest initials acknowledging rate details and total
Guest Vehicle Information
Optional section on the right.

License Plate
Bubble Text Suggestion:
Records guest vehicle details for the stay.
Preset Text and Signature Area
Located near the bottom of the registration card.
This section is fully customizable and is defined by the Preset Text configured in Registration Card settings. Properties can include any content needed, such as policies, disclaimers, or guest acknowledgments.
It typically includes space for:
Guest signature
Staff verification (e.g., Checked-In By)
However, the content and wording may vary based on how the property has configured the text.
Footer
Very bottom of the document.
May include brand-specific or property-specific text
Displays a default signature line on the left side
A signature line may appear in the footer outside of the customizable preset text section. This footer signature is system-generated and cannot be removed.
