Update the Name of the Property in Visual Matrix


Updating the name of the hotel requires the property to open a ticket with our Client Experience Team. The current property name can be found in Management > Property Settings > General.

There are two types of modifications
You are only modifying upper and lower cases: "HOTEL OF THE STATION" to "Hotel of the Station".
The modification involves a word change: "HOTEL OF THE STATION" to "Hotel Premium Green Station".

Once received and update is confirmed on our end
If you are a Cloud user, the modification will follow through and a confirmation will be sent to you once completed.
If you are a Desktop user, a Client Experience Agent will contact you to get connected to the server to complete the update.
You must open a ticket to make this request. If you call or chat with one of our Client Experience team, you will be redirected to open a ticket online. Make sure you add the new name to the ticket. We thank you for your understanding.
