Configure Forms Header Printing Options (Cloud)

The Forms Header settings in Visual Matrix Cloud determine how property information appears on printed forms throughout the system. Properties can choose between using Blank Paper, where Visual Matrix prints the header information directly on forms, or Preprinted Paper, where branding and contact information already exist on the physical stationery. This setting affects how forms are generated and determines whether additional Forms Header options, such as logo printing and property information, are available.

Understanding Header Formats

Blank Paper
Select Blank Paper when using standard printer paper.
When Blank Paper is selected, Visual Matrix can print:
  1. Property logo.
  2. Property address.
  3. Property phone number.
  4. Property home country.
Notes
These settings can be configured individually within the Forms Header section.
Preprinted Paper
Select Preprinted Paper when using stationery that already contains the property's branding and header information.
When Preprinted Paper is selected, Visual Matrix assumes the header information already exists on the paper and disables the following Forms Header options:
  1. Property logo.
  2. Property address.
  3. Property phone number.
  4. Property home country.
Notes
This prevents duplicate information from appearing on printed forms.
 

Instructions

Use the Header Format setting to determine whether Visual Matrix prints header information directly on forms or relies on preprinted stationery.

1. Locate the Header Format dropdown menu.
2. Select one of the following options:
  1. Blank Paper to allow Visual Matrix to print the property logo and header information directly on forms.
  1. Preprinted Paper if the forms already contain printed branding and property information.


3. Save the changes.

Forms Header Settings Available with Blank Paper

When Blank Paper is selected, the following Forms Header settings become available:
  1. Property Logo: Upload and print the property's logo on forms.
