Print the Property Phone Number on Forms (Cloud)
The Forms Header settings in Visual Matrix Cloud control which property details appear at the top of printed forms throughout the system. The Print Property Phone # option allows properties to display or remove the property's phone number from form headers on documents such as folios, registration cards, and receipts. Properties that work with international guests can also choose whether the phone number prints with the property's country code.
Path: Management > Property Settings > Forms > Forms Header (bottom right)
Instructions
Use this setting to control whether the property's phone number appears in the header section of printed forms.
1. Locate the following options:
- Print Property Phone #
- Include Country Code?
2. Set Print Property Phone # to:
- Yes, to display the property's phone number on printed forms.
- No, to remove the property's phone number from printed forms.
3. Set Include Country Code? to:
- Yes, to print the phone number with the international country code.
- No, to print the phone number without the country code.
Example:
- Without country code: (214) 555-1234
- With country code: +1 (214) 555-1234
3. Save the changes.
