Company information can be included on printed forms when reservations are associated with a business account. The Suppress Printing Company Name option determines whether company names appear on forms such as registration cards, folios, and other printed documents. This setting can be useful for properties that want to simplify printed documents or control when company information appears on guest-facing forms.
Path: Management > Property Settings > Forms

Instructions
Use this setting to control whether company names appear on forms generated by Visual Matrix.
1. In the lower-left section of the Forms page, locate the Suppress Printing Company Name checkbox.
2. Clear the checkbox to display company names on forms. Select the checkbox to hide company names from forms.
3. Save the changes.
Generate or reprint a form to verify the results.

When enabled, the Suppress Printing Company Name option prevents company names associated with reservations, accounts, or billing records from appearing on supported forms.
This setting may be useful when company information should remain internal or when forms should display only guest information.
