You cannot remove the A folio or any folio that has been checked in and/or that has had postingsāeven voided or transferred.
Instructions
1. Open the reservation and click Guest Account on the right-hand panel.
2. If an extra folio is set as Incidental or Name Only, youāll see a red āRemoveā buttonāclick it to delete the folio.
Keep in mind: You cannot remove a folio if the reservation has been checked in or if any postings exist in that folioāeven those that were voided or transferred. The A folio can never be removed.
