Remove Extra Folio (Cloud) 🎥
Path: Front Office > Reservations > Search > Open the Reservation > Select Guest Account.
If the secondary folio is either Incidental or Name Only, select the "Remove" button in red.
You can not remove a folio if there have been postings made within it, even if those postings were voided or transferred. The A folio can not be removed.
