Schedule Incidental Charges (Cloud)

In addition to room charges, incidental charges can be set up or scheduled in various ways within a reservation. This includes adding Add-Ons, Packages, or Activities. Another convenient method is scheduling incidental charges directly in the folio. This option allows you to assign specific charges for particular days of the stay, for any desired amount.

Path: Front Office > Reservations > Search > Open a Reservation > Guest Account

1. Click on "Guest Account" on the right side.

2. Click on the "Incidental Charges" tab.

These charges can be scheduled on any existing folio, not just Folio A.

3. Select the date for which you want to schedule those charges to be posted.

4. Select the accounting code for the item to post from the "Code" dropdown, enter the amount, and click the floppy disk icon at the end to save.

After saving, a new empty line will be generated, allowing you to add additional charges as needed.

5. That's it! Now, you can simply wait for the charge(s) to post automatically at the scheduled time.
