The Referral Code forecast report will display the number of rooms, revenue and ADR based on reservations currently booked in the system. The Referral Codes are marketing segments that are setup in "Sales & Marketing > Setup > Referral Codes".
Path: Sales & Marketing > Reports > Forecast > Referral Code

Generate report

1. Choose the date(s) for which to generate the report:
- up to 2 weeks (14 days): the report will show a daily count of rooms booked by Referral Code.
- over 2 weeks: the report will only display totals for the period.



2. Click Refresh.



Detailed report - Up to 2 weeks (14 days)

- Referral Codes Id and description.



- Daily count of rooms booked by code.



- Total rooms booked for the period.
- Total revenue booked for the period.
- ADR for the period.



- Total rooms booked for all Codes per day.
- Total rooms booked for the period.
- Total revenue booked for the period.
- ADR for the period for all referral codes.



Detailed report - Over 2 weeks

- Referral Codes Id and description.



- Total number of rooms/nights booked for the period.
- Total revenue forecast.
- ADR forecast.
- Total number of adults and Average number of adults per stay.
- Total number of kids.
- Average lenght of stay.



Totals for all Referral Codes:
- Total rooms booked.
- Total revenue booked.
- ADR for the period.
- Total number of adults.
- Average number of adults per room.
- Total number of kids.
