The employee FDI is the Front Desk Incentive number, the employee’s 3-digit enrollment number in the BWI system. The number is issued by BWI and must be saved to the user’s data.

It is used in Visual Matrix when a user enroll a new guest into the BWR program and is sent to the CRS with each new enrollment from Visual Matrix.

Path: Management > User Settings > Security

1. Highlight a user.

2. Enter the 3 digits number in the FDI column.
