Setup Room Numbers (Cloud) 🎥

This section is to setup room numbers: create the room numbers and assigning them to a room type.
Path: Management > Rooms > Room Set Up

1. Click New.



2. An empty line will display to create the new room number.



3. Enter the primary fields:
- Choose a Room Number. The number/name is limited to 6 characters.
- Select the Room Type from the dropdown. Room type are created in the room type configuration.
- The description will automatically completes with the room type.
- Select the Housekeeping Section if those have been created in the housekeeping setups.
- If the room is connecting with another one, enter in the next columns up to 2 rooms it is connecting to.
- The #EXT field will be automatically filled in based on the configuration in the Phone Extensions section.



4. Click Save.
