Setting the Application Language for a User (Cloud)
The application language in Visual Matrix Cloud is set individually for each user. This allows staff to view the system in their preferred language, improving usability and efficiency across different roles.
Path: Management > User Settings > Security
Overview
The application language is configured per user. Available languages include: English (default), Spanish, and French.z
This setting only affects the user interface for that specific user and does not impact report language, which is configured separately.
How to Set the Language
1. Select the user.
2. From the Configuration section, choose the desired language from the Language dropdown.
3. Click Save to apply the change.
Important Behavior & Rules
User-Specific Setting
The language applies only to the selected user.
Does Not Affect Reports
Report language is configured separately in system settings.
Default Language
English is selected by default.
