A user can be set up to receive sms or push notification in three areas: housekeeping, maintenance and management.
Path: Management > User Settings > Security
1. Highlight a user.
2. Choose Push or SMS. If you choose SMS, it will unlock the carrier field.
- Push will send the notification to the user
internal messaging box accessible from the dashboard.
3. Credit card batch alert will not be sent by text but will only be a push to the
internal messaging.
4. Check what type of notification the user will receive:
- Maintenance: When a room is out of order with the comment reason.
- Housekeeping: When a guest is moved and a room is back in service.
- Management: Night audit daily report stats (cash, credit card, revenue, ADR, occupancy %).
Once activated here. the setting can also be managed from the
On-Call window.
