Share Room Charges (Cloud) 🎥

When you have multiple guests sharing one room, there are occasions when they prefer to individually cover their portion of the room charges and have separate folios. It's important to note that this can be easily set up in the guest account, either at or after the check-in process.

Path: Front Office > Reservations > Search > Open the Reservation > Select Guest Account.

1. Select Room and Tax under the A folio.

2. Then select the Type drop-down on B folio and select Room and Tax as well.

3. Select the Posting drop-down menu to Share on both folios.
