What is TipQwik?

TipQwik is a mobile tipping application that integrates with the Visual Matrix Hospitality Operating System, making it one of the safest and most convenient ways for guests to leave a tip. The app communicates with guests via SMS text message, so there’s nothing to download and no login is required. 
- It is convenient for guests, since 80% of consumers prefer card/mobile payments and there are No Cost to the Hotel!
- It provides incentives for staff to deliver a better guest experience.

How does it works?

Visual Matrix sends a message to TipQwik at check out and TipQwik will send either a text message or an email (if no phone number or phone number error) to the guest to leave a tip.
When your client leaves a tip, he will be ask to pay a convenient fee on top of the amount. The hotel receives 100% of the tips.
You will work with TipQwik to link your account via Stripe (setup by TipQwik) that can be either connected with your payroll system or to a bank account.
You will get a customized portal to view and manage activity on the app and your guests can also rate their stay and choose a desired payment method via the app.
There are No Cost to the hotel! No Setup Fee, No Monthly Fee.

What information Visual Matrix shares with TipQwik?

Visual Matrix only sends what TipQwik needs to generate the message to the guest: phone number and email.
