Suppress Clerk/Operator Id on Folio (Cloud)
Each printed folio displays the User ID of the individual who posted the charge/payment. Here is where you can choose to conceal this ID on the folio.
Path: Management > Property Settings > Parameters > Section "Financial" (left side)
1. Check the box "Suppress Folio Code/Clerk" to hide the information from folios.
2. Click the green floppy disk at the top right to save the page modification.
