What is a Pre-Registered Reservation
It's a reservation where the guest has completed their pre-check-in from their phone.
What does this error mean?
This message will pop up regularly if you have some Pre-Registered Reservations that still do not have a room assign after the cut-off time.
How to check any Pre-Registered Reservation
Go to Front Office > Reservations > Search.
In the drop-down for the search field, you will choose "Pre-Registered".
