The Folio Footer is the phrase that is showing at the bottom of the folio, as shown below. The footer does not include the "Signature" showing at the bottom. This field is hard codded and cannot be removed.

Path: Management > Setup > Property > Forms

To update/customize this text, follow the next steps.

1. In the "Guest Folios" section, click on "View" next to "Folio Footer".

2. Update the text.

3. Click OK in the Folio Footer window.
