Upload HTML Letters in Visual Matrix (Cloud)

Whether it is a Confirmation Letter, Custom Letter, or Promotional Letter, each of them can be customized as you wish through the HTML feature. Visual Matrix does not create nor code the HTML letter.
Path: Management > Property Settings > Letters

1. Check the Html box and click on Browse.



2. Search for the file.



3. Once uploaded, get a preview.



4. Choose any reservation number pending arrival in the future and click OK.
