Setup Promotional Letters (Cloud) 🎥

Promotional Letters are made to be used from Front Office > Supervisor > Res Mgmt > Promotional Letter and printed and/or emailed in bulk.
Path: Management > Property Settings > Letters

1. Choose "Promotional Letter".



2. Click "Add New".



3. Enter a name for this letter in the "Description/Title" field.



4. If you choose to customize your letter by using the HTML feature, upload it here.



5. Or use this letter body to enter the text you want to add to the confirmation. The body text will not show in the email body but in the attached confirmation letter. The body will only contain one word: "Confirmation".



6. Click Save.




The Promotional Letter
The promotional letter will be an attached pdf to the email. The letter will include the property's information, information about the guest it is sent to and whatever text is setup in the letter body section.




The Promotional Email
Only the letter, which will be sent as an attachment to the email, can be customized. The attachment document name is hardcoded and cannot be modified.
The Subject of the email will be whatever is entered in the "Subject for Html Emails" field in the "Send Promotional Letters" feature.
