The Front Desk Incentive (FDI) number is a unique identifier assigned to employees at Best Western properties. This number is used when enrolling guests into the Best Western Rewards (BWR) program and is automatically included in enrollment records.

  1. The FDI number is a 3-digit employee ID issued by Best Western.
  2. It must be entered in the user’s profile in Visual Matrix.
  3. It is used when enrolling guests into the BWR program.

When This Applies

✔️ Required for Best Western properties only.
❌ Not used for non-Best Western hotels.
