Understanding the Front Desk Incentive (FDI) Number for Best Western Users (Cloud)
The Front Desk Incentive (FDI) number is a unique identifier assigned to employees at Best Western properties. This number is used when enrolling guests into the Best Western Rewards (BWR) program and is automatically included in enrollment records.

- It must be entered in the user’s profile in Visual Matrix.

When a guest is enrolled, the system automatically includes the employee’s FDI number in the submission.

✔️ Required for Best Western properties only.
❌ Not used for non-Best Western hotels.

Enter the 3-digit number provided by Best Western and click Save.
