The "Check Outs Loss of Business" feature is designed to provide insights into guests who have checked out of the hotel earlier than their originally scheduled departure date. This report allows hotel management to track instances where guests did not complete their full stay, which can be valuable for analyzing and understanding guest behavior and preferences.
Path: Front Office > Supervisor > Loss Of Business
1. Check the Early Check-Out box.
2. Enter a date range or select the dates from the calendar. Obviously, the end date cannot be later than the current audit date.
3. Click Refresh to populate the result or Print.
4. View the Results. Every result will include the reason for checking out early, the room number and the guest phone number.
