View Upcoming Preventative Maintenance Tasks (MOP 2.0)


There are two locations where you can check upcoming preventative maintenance tasks, depending on whether you are interested in the schedule based on a rotation of a certain number of days or a rotation of a certain number of rented days.
Path1: Dashboard > Upcoming Rent Days Tasks
Path2: Dashboard > Upcoming Next Days Tasks

Upcoming Rent Days Tasks

1. The screen displays:
- Room number.
- Room status: if currently occupied or not.
- Rotation frequency based on the number of days.
- Number of rents left until the next maintenance.
- Duty task.
- Priority.
- Assigned to: The maintenance employee responsible for the task. The task can be reassigned as needed.



2. To view ALL Preventative Maintenance Tasks, click on "Prev. Maint Tasks" at the bottom left.



Upcoming Next Days Tasks

1. The screen displays:
- Number of days in the rotation frequency.
- Days remaining until the next maintenance.
- Duty task.
- Priority.
- Assigned to: The maintenance employee responsible for the task. The task can be reassigned as needed.
- All Rooms "Yes/No": If the PM is for one or multiple room(s), or has been assigned to All Rooms.
- Room List: will show the rooms associated with the PM (outside of the "All Rooms" status).



2. To view ALL Preventative Maintenance Tasks, click on "Prev. Maint Tasks" at the bottom left.
