A user can be set up to receive sms or push notification in three areas: housekeeping, maintenance and management.
Path: Management > Admin > Security
1. Highlight a user.
2. Choose to send a notification when the night audit backup fails and/or a credit card batch does not settled.
Those two notifications will not be sent by text but will only be a push to the internal messaging.
4. Check what type of notification the user will receive:
- Maintenance: When a room is out of order with the comment reason.
- Housekeeping: When a guest is moved and a room is back in service.
- Management: Night audit daily report stats (cash, credit card, revenue, ADR, occupancy %).
