VM User Text/Push Notifications (Desktop)

A user can be set up to receive sms or push notification in three areas: housekeeping, maintenance and management.
Path: Management > Admin > Security

1. Highlight a user.

2. Choose to send a notification when the night audit backup fails and/or a credit card batch does not settled. Those two notifications will not be sent by text but will only be a push to the internal messaging.

3. Turn on the text alerts and enter the user phone number and carrier. Text messages are send as emails.

4. Check what type of notification the user will receive:
- Maintenance: When a room is out of order with the comment reason.
- Housekeeping: When a guest is moved and a room is back in service.
- Management: Night audit daily report stats (cash, credit card, revenue, ADR, occupancy %).

Once activated here. the setting can also be managed from the On-Call window.
