Who is Porter, the Visual Matrix On-Screen Guidance?
Porter is currently available in VM Cloud PMS. Coming to MOP soon!
Porter is the Visual Matrix personal assistant who is always available to help you! From time to time, he will bring you new announcements, along with tips and tricks and valuable guides to help make your Visual Matrix experience as easy and smooth as possible.
1. If you ever need any help, just click his picture at the bottom right side of screen.
2. Select the compass (first icon from the left side) to see the list of available guides.
3. Select the bell (second icon from the left) to see any open announcement.
4. Example of a Guide: welcome slide, a step-by-step through the guide's topic and a final slide.
Just select the guide and follow the instructions!
