Authorize a Remote Connection (Cloud)
Remote connection is only available with VM Cloud. To inquire migration from VM Desktop to VM Cloud, contact sales@visualmatrix.com. Path: Management > User Settings > Security > Manage IP Security
This process should always be carried out by the property staff and not by a Visual Matrix Technician.
1- Find the Network IP from which you did enable the security. This is also called the public IP.
2- Setup in this section any other public IP's you are giving access to.
3- Give individual users Remote access or not outside of the IP's setup on the left side.
4- Save any modification. You can also disable your IP Security (not recommended). Once disable, anyone could access your cloud with their credentials from anywhere in the world.
