Change the Cleaning Status of a Room (Desktop) 🎥

Knowing the status of a guest room is very important. Within the Visual Matrix Property Management System, the status changes are made and are subsequently identified by the use of a color-coded system. This helps to ensure that the status is accurately communicated to everyone working at the hotel.
The condition of a room can be updated individually or all at once.
Path: Housekeeping > Room Status > Room Status.
Reminder of color codes:
Green: Room is Clean and Inspected. | Yellow: Room is Clean but needs to be Inspected. | Red: Room is still Dirty and needs to be Cleaned.
Change the Cleaning Status for one Room
Just double click on a room number to change its condition. The condition will go as follow: On Change > Clean & Inspected > Clean > On Change > Clean & Inspected > Clean > ...
Change the Cleaning Status for all the Rooms at Once
1. Click on the Status you want the new status to be for every room.
The rooms cannot be updated to "On Change" that way. If an error was made, then the status of each room has to be updated individually (see above).
2. Confirm by Yes or No the condition change.
3. All rooms are now in the new Condition.
