Housekeeping Room Status Alerts Report (Desktop) 🎥

The Room Status Alert Report allows Housekeeping to view any Room Change/Room Move and Early Check Out that happened for a define time period.

Path: Housekeeping > Room Status > Alerts.

1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):

- by choosing the date(s) the report will be generated for.

- by alert type: room move, early check out or All.

- by room number or for all rooms.

2. Click Refresh.

- Confirmation number of the reservation that had a room move or early checked out.

- Guest last name.

- Date the status change occured.

- Type of status update: room move or early check out.

- Old room number, room where the guest was before moving, in the case of a room move.

- New room number, room where the guest was moved to in the case of a room move, or room number from which the guest checked out from.
