Change the Status of Guests Text(s) Request(s) (Desktop)

Everytime a text is received by a guest, it will show in the reservation but all texts can also be tracked from the Supervisor Guest Texts section.
Path: Front Office > Supervisor > Res Mgmt > Guest Text Req

1. Search for guest texts using any optional available filters.

2. Change the status of the text request fom Pending to Filled by double-click in the "Status" field.
The Clerk ID, Filled date and time will complete automatically.
Once fill, a request cannot be changed back to In Progress or Pending.
